PrimeLocation.com capitalises on market strength
If you are an agent operating in the prime property market then you may already know this, but not the scale.
PrimeLocation.com’s Prime Index, which tracks the asking prices of the top 25% of UK properties by asking price value, this month revealed that asking prices for prime homes continue to outperform the general market, whose properties dropped by 0.3% in September, while prime properties rose by almost half a percent over the same period.
And to reflect this, PrimeLocation.com has been capitalising on the higher end of the market by continuing its marketing push during October.
Sheraz Dar, Group Marketing Director at Digital Property Group, says: “As the prime market continues to perform well, continued marketing activity to drive home hunters to the prime portal in our portfolio is designed to help agents realise the potential of this sector through increased high value enquiries.”
TV advertising went back on air from Sunday 3rd October with a humorous take on what home sellers will do to secure a sale and relaying the message that they should speak to agents about the power of their marketing.
Results this year have been very encouraging for Digital Property Group and its 12,000 member agents. Unique visitors to PrimeLocation.com are 15% up in September compared the same month last year1 , with phone calls and e-mails to agents , along with click throughs to agent’s sites standing at half a million for the month.
PrimeLocation.com has also been busy partnering with large national events too: it was an official partner at both last month’s A Place In The Sun Live and Grand Designs Live events at Birmingham’s NEC.
