Each month, we’ll focus on an Insight-related feature to underline the numerous benefits from our free software. This month, we’re concentrating on the most used feature within Insight: the valuation assistant.

Providing agents with up-to-date estimated current valuations taken from across The Digital Property Group sites, Quest and The Land Registry, the valuation tool is already helping member agents to gain new instructions.

The valuation tool is an essential aid when entering into dialogue with current and potential vendors. For current vendors, it will enable you to encourage a realistic sales price.

For potential vendors, the fully branded report will position you as the local market expert and equally ensure that you’re attracting new business, at a realistic price, that will stand the best chance of converting into a sale or let.

Select a number of comparable properties from across all of The Digital Property Group sites. These include sold properties. You can specify the search area, the type of property, whether to display only your properties, or to show only properties from a specific website. Customise the information within your report to include; average asking prices within the area and those you’ve selected from our sites. Compare the site statistics with Land Registry sold prices. Enhance the report with an Estimated Current Value (ECV) from Quest which shows comparable sold prices, sale date and the estimated current value of properties within the immediate area.
