FindaProperty.com Rental Index

The third FindaProperty.com monthly rental index is now live on our site and provides a comprehensive study of the UK lettings market.

Most importantly, it includes detailed information that enhances your knowledge of your local market.

For example, do you know how rental asking prices are performing in your regional market? Which areas are falling victim to oversupply? How rental yields within your region are holding up?

The FindaProperty.com rental index is forwarded to all of our advertisers each month, but if you missed the analysis for April 2009, here’s an overview.

Mike O’Flynn, Head of Content
