primelocation-launches-new-creative-campaignMaintaining a high-end brand at the top of its niche market in no mean feat but Primelocation.com are still no.1 – here’s why. Primelocation.com has launched a new creative campaign that aims to keep the brand at the forefront of its core, high-end market. Last month, we mentioned that Primelocation.com attracts active homebuyers with 40% deposits. To ensure that we continue our relationship with these buyers, we have launched an impressive UK print campaign with a fresh creative design. The campaign has already run in Metro, Daily Mail, Evening Standard, Mail on Sunday as well as in regional & local Northcliffe press. It will continue across June and into July and August in magazines GQ, Tatler, Vogue, Fabric and House & Garden to attract aspiring home buyers and renters who fit the typical Primelocation.com visitor profile. This campaign will be essential in maintaining Primelocation.com’s position as the prime portal for prime properties.

NEW Insight Update – Introducing the Valuation Assistant for Letting Agents.

Here is a brief 60-second overview of the new product: Our Valuation Assistant is typically used by estate agents to secure new instructions, to encourage vendors to accept more realistic asking prices, and to underpin their position as experts in their local market. The new Valuation Assistant for Lettings Agents works in a very similar way: you search via a specific post-code, set the area radius and either the minimum or exact number of bedrooms. The Valuation Assistant then queries our database of properties across each of our four sites and you can then choose to include these properties in your valuation report. Alternatively, you can select properties only advertised on Primelocation.com, FindaProperty.com or both; and there is also the option to display properties only advertised by your own agency. Once you’ve clicked ‘Build Report’, your official valuation report will show: The average asking price for all properties you selected that match your criteria. The average asking price for all properties that fit your criteria on Primelocation.com and FindaProperty.com. The report also contains a map which shows each property that you selected. Don’t forget that you can customise the information within the report by de-selecting any areas that aren’t relevant. Once you’re satisfied, click ‘Convert to PDF’ and you have your fully customised rental valuation report. Click here for an example report That’s the Valuation …
